POT TV – Vermont passes legal recreational cannabis.
Attorney General Jeff Session may be taking a tough stance on cannabis, but states don’t seem to care. The people have spoken. After years of activism the tide is turning, Vermont has become the first state to legalize recreational cannabis, and it was done through an act of legislature.
Despite calls from police to slow progress, and a failed earlier attempt within the last year, the bill, H 511, was signed into law and will become effective July 1rst, 2018.
