POT TV – Pot dispensary regulations spark heated debate as the city holds public hearings on how to regulate marijuana dispensaries in Vancouver, some are questioning if that’s even a good idea. Pamela McColl, one of the directors of Smart Approaches to Marijuana Canada, and David Malmo-Levine, who runs a marijuana dispensary, had a spirited debate on that subject. It was moderated by CBC News Vancouver host Andrew Chang.
