A 6-foot-tall marijuana plant has been confiscated from an Idaho Falls backyard.
Kyleen Dereschuk and Victor Elia were allegedly growing a monster of a marijuana plant in plain sight behind their 6th Street house.
The plant was a whole foot taller than the fence that surrounds the backyard. Police say you could easily spot it from the alley that runs past the yard.
The plant was immediately removed. Police also found packaged marijuana in baggies inside the couple’s home. They’ve been charged with manufacturing marijuana.
