AUGUSTA, Maine — A Maine trucker with a long history of driving infractions now stands charged with manslaughter in a crash that killed a Scarborough woman.
District Attorney Evert Fowle said the new indictment came after tests showed the presence of marijuana in Scott Hewitt’s bloodstream.
